General Shipping

We ship via USPS and UPS. Orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days of receiving your order (excluding weekends and holidays).

COD orders are in-store pick-up only!

Returns

Merchandise

Merchandise will be accepted for return within 30 days of purchase. You must contact us by phone (701-837-5638) or email (info@berninaplus.com) for authorization and instructions before returning any item.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you will receive a full refund on the merchandise, but not on any shipping costs.
